Clear answers beforethe first visit.
We keep the role precise so you know what the visit covers, what the report can tell you, and what decisions remain with you.
What happens on-site?
These answers describe scheduled, authorized observations. The exact visit scope is confirmed before booking.
What does OnsiteConfirm actually do?
We attend a scheduled contractor, installation, delivery, or vendor appointment and document what we can directly observe: attendance, visible materials, activity, timing, and items needing your attention. You receive a written summary with selected photos.
Are you a home inspector?
No. OnsiteConfirm is a documentation and reporting service. A visit is not a licensed home inspection, construction quality certification, code review, or safety assessment.
Do you supervise or direct the contractor?
No. We do not direct workers, approve changes, control the schedule, or manage the job. We observe, document, and communicate with you. You decide what to ask or authorize.
Can you check delivered materials?
We can photograph and compare visible, accessible labels, models, finishes, and quantities with owner-supplied paperwork. We identify details that could not be read or checked rather than claiming the full delivery was verified.
What if something does not match?
We document the visible difference and contact you during the visit when timely attention is useful. You decide how to proceed with the vendor or contractor.
Timing, access, and the report.
A useful observation depends on being at the right place during the right window, with permission to see and photograph the work area.
How long will you be on-site?
Standard is up to one hour, Extended is up to two hours, and Project Checkpoints includes four scheduled one-hour visits. Additional travel, waiting time, or scope changes may affect the final quote; all charges are confirmed before booking.
Can you attend more than once?
Yes. Project Checkpoints includes four scheduled one-hour visits. Each completed visit follows the same documentation standard and has its own report.
When would I receive the report?
We prepare a concise written report with selected photos after the completed visit. We confirm the expected delivery window before scheduling your appointment.
Where do you serve?
We serve Northeast Florida coastal communities, including Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, and Nocatee. An exact address and time still require confirmation. See the service area.
Can you visit a business?
Light commercial visits may include office improvements, warehouse deliveries, retail fixture work, and vendor appointments with customer authorization and any additional site permission. Explore commercial services.
Can I request a visit online?
Yes. Send a visit request online and we will confirm availability, scope, and details before scheduling.

The sample report shows observed timing, a material comparison, an unverified schedule statement, and one owner follow-up item.
