The Process

One visit.A clearer picture.

You share the appointment and what matters. We confirm the details, attend the authorized visit, and report what we could directly observe.

From Request to Report

Four steps, with the details made clear.

There is no surprise booking. We agree on the appointment, scope, access, and price before any visit is scheduled.

01

Tell Us About the Visit

Share the property ZIP, date and time, vendor, work planned, and what you want documented. An owner-supplied work order helps with visible material comparisons.

02

Confirm the Scope

We check location, availability, permissions, visit length, and final price. We agree on who may be contacted if a question comes up while we are there.

03

Attend and Observe

During the authorized window, we record arrival, accessible materials, visible work activity, relevant conditions, and questions for your review.

04 / Receive Your Report

Get a written summary and selected, captioned photos after the completed visit. We’ll confirm report timing with you before scheduling.

What If Something Needs Attention?

We report the observation promptly when timing matters. You make the decision and direct your contractor.

What We Do Not Do

We do not supervise the crew, certify workmanship, conduct a home inspection, or guarantee the project outcome.

Before the Appointment

What helps us help you.

A short, specific brief makes the visit more useful. Tell us what you already know and which details you want answered, while keeping entry codes and other sensitive instructions out of the public request form.
